 RULES AND REGULATIONS

 MRS: Entrant must be married and living with her husband

I agree to adhere to all deadlines for fee’s and forms. All contestants will get their local 
sash their local sash after 50% of their entry fee is paid. All fee's are due by August 1, 2009  NO exceptions

I will submit a  clear crisp headshot via JPEG for the program book. I will submit a 8x10 photo for the Miss Photogenic

 Entrant must be of good moral character.

 Entrant has not been involved in exotic, topless dancing, videos or photographer.

 Entrant must be a U.S. Citizen.

 Entrant agrees that the decisions of the judges are final.

 The entrant agrees to attend and compete in the  July 2010 MISS US Beauties pageant/ MRS. US Beauties pageant if selected the winner of her state,  it will be held in Illinois, and further agrees to abide by all the required services, rules and regulations governing this pageant.

 The term entrant is defined as a naturally born female meeting the criteria outlined in the rules and regulations.

 No refunds will be given for any reasons. This is for entry fee, tickets, ads or any other fee to the NC pageant.

The entrant understands that the pageant is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred in travel to and from the pageant, or at the pageant itself.  The entrant will take full responsibility for and agrees to release the MISS/MRS North Carolina US Beauties  pageant Organization & *Miss  Mrs U.S.Beauties National pageant Organization, its directors and agents from all liability to entrant to any losses, damages, claims or debts incurred by or made by entrant in connection with this pageant.

By Filling out the online application form you have agreed to abide by all rules and regualtions set forth concerning your particpation as a contestant in the North Carolina U.S. Beauties State Pageant.
